[Get the Look] Ashley at NYC screening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1

As the new face of DKNY, Ashley Greene has been frequenting the red carpet in a multitude of fabulous custom-made Donna Karan dresses. For the screening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 in NYC Ashley blew us away with her black-and-white gown.

Donna Karan is the master of sophisticated elegance with an edge. The stunning dress featured a sultry slit and cutout bodice with an asymmetrical long sleeve. A draped waist ruffle and a pleated floor-sweeping skirt topped off the artistic design.

Ashley added a pop of color to her look with bold red nails—the perfect choice for a Twilight premiere. The brunette beauty swept her straight hair into a deep side-part and created a smoky cat eye with charcoal eyeshadow for a dramatic finish.

To create Ashley’s look, Gibson, who also tousles the tresses of Brooklyn Decker, Anne Hathaway and Kate Gosselin , styled a sleek, modern deep side part on Ashley for a “sexy and architectural” look.
Ted began by spraying the roots with Build It blow drying agent to lift the hair and create a sleek and smooth look without depleting the hair of volume.

Then he created a deep side part in a diagonal direction to achieve an architectural feel and used a blow dryer to smooth the hair.

Next, he prepped Ashley’s hair with Tame It shine lotion to help protect hair from heat.

Ted then separated the hair into small sections and used a flat iron to smooth Ashley’s hair to perfection.

Finally, he added a spritz of Beautiful Hold hairspray to finish off her amazing ‘do!
